CD prices are just too damn high. The average price is still over $13.00, not a good price point for something that most people can get for free, am I wrong here? Now I can see a much better selling point at $9.99 or $8.99 and you know they could still make serious profit off that.

I think the whole concept of a CD is flawed. Why would you want to buy all of the songs on a CD if you really only want the cd for the song(s) you heard on the radio. Even if P2P apps weren't around, I'd have a problem with CDs and probably would be using iTunes or Napster or something.
