Clyde the Glide!

Clyde the Glide rocked. He is by far my all-time favorite sports star. So humble, yet so talented. They guy had a 46 inch standing vertical leap in college!!!! That is nearly 4 damn feet! Anyway he is featured in the upcoming game NBA Ballers: Phenom by Midway. It looks decent. Here is a great interview with Clyde on IGN, where he talks about Kobe, Spud Webb, and being bad ass in video games. Check it out.

You're right man. Clyde was the awesome. He's second to Dan Majerle on my all time list. I really miss the days of "Rip City" when the Blazers were unstopable.

Jesus fucking Dan Majerle...I thought your #2 was Danny Ange?

What ever happened to Majerle after Phoenix. Did he get traded, retire, or die?

or all three?

Clyde went on to the Houston Rockets and won 2 championships, then he retired to take the head coaching job for his alma matter, The University of Houston. Ainge went into coaching and ownership in the NBA. Majerle I think died cause no one liked him or his goofy hair.

Majerle retired, plain and simple. He did not die. He was just at the all-star game participating in the team shoot-out contest with Amaire Stodamire and some chick from the NBA.

By the way, Clyde only won one chapionship.
